Achievements include:• Implemented monitoring and alerting stack with Grafana and Prometheus across Data Custodian team’s Google Kubernetes Engine clusters using the Prometheus Operator• Developed custom Dynatrace plugin to collect custom application metrics from Data Custodian team’s customer deployments• Enabled onboarding of Data Custodian team’s pilot customer by developing a scalable ETL pipeline on Google Cloud Dataflow to ingest and anonymize their data• Dockerized key component of Hipmunk’s development workflow, streamlining installation steps and versions across development teams• Reduced Hipmunk’s deployment pipeline failures by implementing automatic setup of missing services

• Automated deployment of team's development environment, reducing a 10+ hour process to just over four minutes.

Installed applications in-person and remotely.• Securely erased hard drives and arrange for surplus and disposal according to established procedures. • Created and maintained trouble tickets to record detailed activity to include problems encountered, action taken, and all repair and installation preformed.• Answered customer inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve end user problems, in-person, remotely and over the phone.

• Created proof of concept platform for system provisioning, package management, and system administration using Red Hat's Satellite service, Puppet, and Cobbler.• Implemented local package repositories and custom system kickstart channels for Fedora, CentOS, and Ubuntu as per specifications.• Inventoried storage systems in company's data center.

• Constructed multiple racks of servers from scratch.• Unboxed servers, put them into racks and cabled the network and power for each.

• Assisted office move of employee work stations including monitors, keyboards anddesktop computers. • Disconnected and prepared equipment for move and reconnectedequipment at their new location. • Created and verified inventory for each workstation.

Assisted with company's office move which included tasks such re-imaging employee laptops and upgrading components in the company's servers, as well as patching network cables in their data center.
