My career to date has included working with a number of Australian & International Retail Companies in various, General Management, Operations Management & Brand Management roles. The Just Group provided a number of career progression opportunities, with various Country, State & Regional Management roles, throughout my time with them.I also worked with the Forever New Clothing Company for 5 years, firstly as the General Manager of Retail Operations Australia/NZ, in which I was a key driver in the establishment, start up and roll out of over 100 stores in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. In addition, during my time at Forever New Clothing, I held the role of General Manager International Operations, responsible for the establishment and development of multiple stores for the Brand throughout various countries. Following this I relocated to Dubai, UAE, in a Brand Management role with the Kamal Osman Jamjoom Group, working with the BEBE brand (franchise) and a company start up brand, Nayomi.On returning to Australia I commenced in the role of General Manager Retail with Blue Illusion. As a member of the Executive Management team, my role was to provide strategic leadership to ensure all parts of the retail operations are met. Delivering excellence in customer service and people management, were an integral part of the role. The role also was also responsible for providing the strategic direction of the management of the property portfolio Australian / NZ. In the past 12 months I have worked with Mont Marte Global Logistics as an Account Manager, responsible for all of the Middle East, North Africa and South Africa wholesale and retail customers.In addition I have responsibility for the TJX Canada, US, UK & EU retail business.
