Development of Virgin Moneys new Music Sponsorship Programme working closely with Creative Arts Agency London (CAA), London's o2 Arena and Glasgow's SSE Hydro. This was brought to life using written communication, live events and continued embedding of culture and values. -Analysed Colleague Survey to inform working culture and communications strategy across three locations.-Worked with CFO and Senior Leadership Team to ensure delivery and continuity for new working culture, employer brand and communications including end to end recruitment and onboarding. -Managed both internal and external colleague sessions for development, feedback, SME Q&A, continuous improvement and wellbeing.-Delivered a suite of engaging area specific and companywide communications.
