I have oversight of our Alternatives, Prime Broker, Retail, and Equity Derivatives pricing groups. I manage and oversee all initiatives impacting the Dallas hub encompassing our people agenda, efficiency initiatives, and alignment with global projects.

Currently responsible for development of continuos improvement model, team lead functions and coaching of change agents.

Currently run the Dallas side of both Hedge Fund Services and Pension Pricing.Manage two distinct teams and processes for Global Pricing operations.Responsible for external client interaction in the area of pricing for Hedge Fund OperationsEnsure both daily and monthly deliverables are met for internal and external client.Price over 125k prices for daily and monthly valuations.

Responsible for all new and continuous learning in Fidelity Pricing and Cash Management Services Group

Part of Pricing and Cash Management Services, Accounting and Pricing OperationsManaged Money Market, International, Balanced groups.Responsible for a group of 7 analysts.Played an integral part in the relocation of operations to the Dallas region.
