Consulting Practice Managers are responsible for managing a team of seasoned personnel supporting tier one clients. They oversee all perspectives of personnel, support and client success health.

The Team Leader leads either a client success team managing a queue of cases and a pool of fifty to two hundred and fifty clients or leads a module team with a specialty focus.
