Numbers have always been at the core of my success in my career. I love how data sheds light on any questions that occur and helps to provide direction on what’s next. With experiences in supply chain for a national food supply company, I know how tight profit margins can be and how important it is to get the most out of every dollar spent. By reviewing numbers and data, I identify challenges and opportunities. I’m always looking for ways to spend less and get more by analyzing processes and systems. I am highly collaborative with cross-functional stakeholders in an effort to support them in reaching their business objectives. While numbers are key to achieving revenue goals, strong relationships are imperative. I ask the right questions to determine pain points and devise solutions, including financial modeling and customized reports, to enhance transparency into the data. As a manager, I inspire, educate, and motivate teams.
