About Scott Klein
I have helped create high quality, innovative, and usable products ranging from electronics, to websites, to games, to marketing and advertising media. I've even helped a restaurant company develop new food items, better menus, and better in-restaurant dining experiences. (I never thought I'd have a job where I traveled to different cities having lunch and dinner with customers to learn more about their dining experience. Very eye opening and waistline increasing!) I'm eager to evangelize and teach usability and user experience best practices to team members and beyond. I'm passionate about building teams with a variety of skills who not only love research but also love creating helpful and fun experiences. (What's life without fun?)All things we interact with daily provide an experience that someone created. I'm driven to understand why the experience was built the way it was, what benefit it provides, and how to improve the experience. (I believe everything can be better somehow!)
