I've dedicated the past twenty years to helping clients align business strategy with technology solutions and developing enhanced organizational readiness and capability. My experience includes business process consulting with Fortune 500 companies around the world including technology strategy, business process reengineering, and implementation. During that time it became apparent to me that client investment in information technology was only realized when accompanied by strong organizational capabilities.
