Scott's professional and business experience is widespread. Not only does he own multiple businesses, but he spends a significant amount of time helping other business owners learn new skills and grow their own businesses. His experience as a Senior Examiner for CAPE (Malcolm Baldrige Quality Awards Program for California) has given him significant experience in evaluating leading-edge corporations onsite and from the inside out.He is also a dedicated husband and father and has coached various sports at the junior high and high school level (e.g., football, basketball, softball, gymnastics). He also serves/served on numerous boards, community projects, and City commissions, and is a big advocate for small businesses, downtown revitalization, economic growth, and better quality of life for the area neighborhoods. He was elected to Roseville City Council in 2016 (re-elected in 2020) and focused on economic development issues, water issues, and general community quality of life.Scott wants to make his community a better place by helping others be successful, especially small and medium businesses (more jobs, less unemployment, better economic stability in the region, less crime, higher standard of living), and helping the region continue to flourish so he can someday in the distant future, retire here with a smile! His main company can be found at www.ADCBiz.com

PresidentAdvanced Business Roundtable 2008 - PresentLike iron sharpens iron, Advanced Business Roundtable (formerly Fellowship Networking, Inc.) is a business mastermind networking group geared for Christian business owners to come together and significantly increase their business skills and ability to share their business with others. The meetings are also designed to provide warm leads to each other and to act as an extended marketing department for each business owner in the chapter. There are numerous benefits for business owners who join the networking groups including alternating weeks of Business Member Spotlights (highlighting a business member in a 20-minute presentation with Q&A and feedback and ideas on how to grow the business) and Business Topics that teach a skillset, tip, or technique to business owners. The roundtable aspect is a confidential process that helps personal growth and helps bond the relationships in the room as members give weekly updates on what's going well, not so well, and what goals they have during the next week. This organization has morphed over time but it started with Scott as a 50% shareholder an umbrella corporation (Fellowship Networking, Inc.) and he managed CIO functions as well as CEO functions. He gave his shares to his business partner for a while as the partner converted the organization into a nonprofit, merging with the Fellowship Chamber organization. His partner later divested the networking groups and Scott took it back under his own LLC and renamed it to ABR.
