Reporting to the CEO, led a team of over 300, overseeing all elements of finance, investor relations, acquisitions, legal, facilities and information technology teams. Led a series of acquisitions in the US, UK, and Australia to increase global presence, triple revenues and increase market capitalization five-fold, including financing debt and equity offerings supporting this transformational acquisition strategy. Developed a strong investor relations program to the increasing successful globalization of the business and worked with the Board and General Counsel to enhance governance practices and disclosure to consistently receive recognition for good governance.

Negotiated the acquisition of Legerity Inc. and related financing, providing needed economies of scale; negotiated the sale of consumer products division to refine company focus and improve profit margins; and led the investor relations component of successful proxy battle defence, ultimately leading to a better return for shareholders.
