Simply put, I'm a guy who likes building puzzles. That does apply literally, as a contributor to NPR's Ask Me Another. More generally, I love solving a problem by feeling out the individual pieces and fitting them together. Coding lets me turn ideas into a solid, working things. And that is fun.In past lives I've done teaching, debate, cartooning, history, radio - and a good chunk of food service. These experiences shape my creative output, whether it's written in code or in a notebook.
