I have multiple years of account management, construction industry, and sales experience where I have learned a variety of skills including but not limited to; problem/conflict resolution, interpersonal relationship building, air flow & Energy Star needs, and most importantly world class customer service. In my current role I work with HVAC and Electrical distributors and contractors in WI, training distributor sales personal on Broan’s IAQ, pricing negotiations, and new product launches. I also continue to grow certain skillsets, such as; data analytics & trending, team collaboration, sales & product planning, as well as utilizing a CRM system (Salesforce.com). Over my career I have learned the significance of listening to customers to better understand their business needs and drivers so we can build trust and a mutually beneficial relationship. My time in field sales taught me how to; know your audience, understand their needs, present the benefits, and overcome any objections. I have always been a quick study through hard work and dedication, plus I’m a passionate individual who has a knack for staying positive and always continuing to move forward.
