Combat, Underwater and Aerial Photographer.I went on two deployments in my time at Expeditionary Combat Camera. The first was to Iraq in support of the War on Terrorism from March 2011 to September 2011. I integrated with Army Green Berets as a Combat Cameraman to document their mission around the country. For my time there, I was awarded two Army Achievement Medals, one for specific action, and earned my Navy Expeditionary Warfare qualification.Immediately after that deployment, I was sent to Panama City Beach to qualify as a Scuba Diver. A year later, I was selected to attend Naval Air Candidate School to become an Aerial Photographer.With those new qualifications, I deployed to Bahrain. from August 2012 to March 2013. My mission there was to document Navy Special Forces'​ Mission, as well as going underway aboard Navy vessels to show their mission (USS Ponce, USS Halyburton, and USS Churchill). The bulk of my time was spent flying in helicopters, either in and around Bahrain, or flying off of the frigate USS Halyburton in support of NATO's counter-piracy mission. For my time there, I was awarded two Navy Achievement Medals and earned my Navy Surface Warfare qualification.Additionally during my time in Norfolk, I was awarded the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal for volunteering over 190 hours over three years with the United Service Organizations (USO), as a volunteer swim coach with Granby High School, and at many running and triathlon races.

I coached five and six year olds in the Olympic Way program as well as assisted other coaches with their squads ranging from 5-18 year olds.
