I have a very strong technical background from my earlier roles, and have built upon that with significant people, and business management experience over my last 12 years in management and executive roles. I am a considered, evidence-based, decision maker. I go to the source, leveraging live data, and filling knowledge gaps, so I can confidently target capital investment where it has the most positive impact for customers. If you can't measure it, identifying and fixing a problem is nigh on impossible.I have been fortunate in being able to recognise and attract talent to my teams over the years. The right people in the right roles, along with effective delegation, enables me to have the headspace to create and provide guidance on our strategic direction and goals.Collaboration across teams is essential for the best business outcomes I have found.
