I am retired from Sierra Beverage Company, which was an Anheuser-Busch Wholesaler. I spent over 20 years in the industry and retired as a District Manager and National Accounts Manager. I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 2002 and have managed four offices. I am currently Sales Manager for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties in Merced, Ca. I am a past president for the Merced County Association of REALTORS and have been a State Director for the California Association of REALTORS for six years, as well as serving as Region 7 Chair for the California Association of REALTORS.Specialties: I specialize in many areas of Real Estate including: Investment property, residential sales, land acquisition, REO properties, Short Sales, First-Time Buyers, light commercial and ranch properties. A few of the many hats that I wear are Career Development, Business and Technology, Real Estate trainer, Coach and Mentor.
