Some of the achievements during my career have included the following:- Yielded increases of 50% and 114% in high school honors course enrollments and AP test-takers (2014 to 2019) respectively by setting up a culture of high academic expectations for students.- Generated savings of $500K+ for both the Collingswood and Oaklyn school districts while optimizing service delivery for students by revamping the send-receive relationship among the two school districts.- Succeeded in passing a $4+M ‘Warm, Safe, and Dry’ bond referendum to upgrade envelope of Oaklyn school building- Succeeded in launching a district-wide mental health program for the students of the Collingswood Public Schools.
