Directed all aspects of corporate consolidation and accounting with full responsibility for quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, annual reports on Form 10-K and board of directors financial reporting. Responsible for company-wide compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, adoption of new regulations and maintaining a strong financial control environment.

Directed $95 million business with full P&L and cash flow responsibility for Q The Sports Club, a division of 22 health and fitness clubs located in 6 states. Responsibility included ownership of Financial Analysis and Control, Planning and Development, Sales Audit, Corporate Recovery and Financial Services departments.

Managed all aspects of engagements including detail planning, issue identification and execution of value-added client service. Acting Manager on a Fortune 250, retail office supply client, a $1.9 billion specialty-chemicals manufacturer and a $1.6 billion worldwide manufacturing concern. These engagements provided in-depth experience in SEC reporting and disclosure, financial statement presentation, cost accounting, LIFO, purchase price accounting, acquisitions, mergers and divestitures, debt and equity registration and insight into a multitude of accounting and business issues.
