Responsibilities: * Communicate frequently with client, landlords, and vendors to resolve issues and provide project status updates. * Respond to all facility inquires and complaints, assess problems and delegate tasks to the appropriate party.* Assist with measuring and reporting the team’s performance, to exceed the client’s expectations. * Present sales strategies and process implementations to the head of real estate. * Review and interpret lease language to assign responsibility and ensure accurate payments. * Create work orders and assign work orders to the engineering staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
