Level III Desktop Support. 3rd Tier Field Support Technician providing high level support for PC, Laptop, Thin Client and Printer issues. Part of the Windows 7 Migration Team including planning and pilots. We migrated over 3,000 devices and more than 300 applications. This project also included moving file, account management and print services from Novell to Microsoft technology. Experienced with SCCM and Active Directory in an Enterprise environment. Other technologies I've helped implement recently include Avasure Telesitter remote monitoring and Imprivata single sign on proximity card readers.

Level II Desktop Support. Hardware break fix, imaging, deploying, troubleshooting PC, Laptop and Printer issues as part of a team responsible for approximately 4,000 devices.
