About Scott A. Watson, Cpp, Cfe

Scott Watson is a full-time missionary to Papua New Guinea and career security professional. Prior to his missionary service Scott spent twenty two years as an author, teacher, speaker and security consultant. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Long Island University, a Masters in Criminal Justice from Boston University and a Masters of Education from the University of Massachusetts. He is also a Certified Protection Professional, a Certified Fraud Examiner and has spoken at numerous professional conferences. Scott's academic experience has included teaching, advising and course development for both online and traditional institutions. In addition, he has written numerous articles, chapters for security textbooks and his own book entitled: "The Art of War for Security Managers". Scott is a member of ASIS International and has previously served on both the Houses of Worship Committee and the Crisis Management and Business Continuity Council. In addition he is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
