My role as Chief Revenue Officer is to ensure that our growth and reach is as extensive as possible, initially focussing on enterprise, corporate and other large organisations._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________Since leaving The Mail on Sunday as a journalist, I have been privileged to lead ambitious and talented teams to achieve more than anyone believed possible. My first agency, Design UK, was among the first digital agencies in London and together we won global clients such as Barclays, Butlins, Diesel and luxury goods giant Richemont. Across website design and build, ecommerce, digital marketing and back-end development.My second agency, Bordello, pushed the boundaries of branding, creativity and media to win plaudits from across the industry.Then, sensing I could add more value in a leadership position within a client, I joined Virgin Media Business. This was the catalyst for #VOOM: Pitch to Rich. An annual competition with £1million in prizes, start-ups and growth businesses were given the chance to pitch, in person, to Richard Branson. More than 2,500 entries were received and almost 1,000,000 people in Britain cast their votes. It was estimated half of the UK’s adult population saw Virgin Media content on their Facebook feeds.Having proven the method, I left to apply the strategies to smaller businesses.
