Responsible for managing all non functional testing, primarily performance testing. Further to this I acted as a senior consultant on multiple projects from a Quality Assurance perspective.I was also appointed Technical Lead / Program Test Manager (as a side role), for a complex integration layer (TIBCO) upgrade and migration to cloud (AWS). · Responsible for managing the technical testing team within NAB Wealth, resource allocation,statement of work financials, vendor management and engagement across all projects· Responsible for up-skilling the technical testing team and leading them through a ‘new ways ofworking’, change from waterfall to agile and delivering continuous automated testing· Introduced a continuous testing framework for performance testing using a combinationof open source tooling (jMeter, Grafana, InfluxDB, Taurus), which integrated with Jenkins as theautomation server and GIT as the repository· Acting as a senior consultant on several technical projects to coach the tribe and squads onimplementing testing methodologies within agile to ensure quality throughout the delivery cycle· Introduced testing within sprints into several projects and built out a defect managementprocess for the squads to follow· Relationship management with several vendors to ensure resource requirements can be fulfilledwith resources of the highest quality with strong skill sets to fulfil the project desires
