• Responsible for all technical aspects of the IT department for HEI Inc. HEI has four different sites that I am directly responsible for one in MN and CO, and two in AZ. At each of the sites I provide all IT support for the hardware and software on all Microsoft network servers, PC’s and notebooks, data and network security, Microsoft DHCP and DNS services, network infrastructure WAN, LAN, routers and Firewalls, phone systems, SAP systems, and initiate and manage all IT projects and strategic plans. I have managed IT people and resource from Network Administrators, PC support and helpdesk to SAP analyst.• Installed and configured VMware EXSi 5.1, moved 6 physical servers to 2 hosts• Manage Internet security and configurations on WatchGuard Firewalls• Manage and support Corporate Microsoft Exchange server• Manage and setup all network accounts, AD, group policies, user logon scripts• Maintain router configurations for WAN and LAN (Cisco and Adtran routers)• Successfully initiated the upgrade of all WAN circuit in our private MPLS cloud. • Configured, setup and maintain all Domain Controllers, DHCP and DNS services. • Successfully selected, installed and configured new phone system to all locations with a Shoretel Phone system. • Successfully upgraded and installed corporate wide anti-virus protection with TrendMicro Systems, have also used Symantec and Norton. • Installed and configured new help desk software to be used by IT• Proficient at supporting HP server hardware, upgrades and maintenance. • Initiate and perform all Microsoft OS upgrades on Servers, PC’s, Notebooks and tablets. • Selected and Installed new backup server software to be used at all corporate locations using StorageCraft Shadow Protect software, also proficient with Backup Exec backup software.• Maintain and have setup and configured SQL database servers used by our SAP software, QA and Engineering departments.

Manage all IT Stategic plans and projects for all Osmonics sites. Network administration, Video, voice and data communications, Managed System administrators, Help Desk technicians and Teclecommunications technicians. SAP System Administrator running SAP on IBM's RS6000 with AIX and Informix database administration.

Configure, update and provide network Administrator duties for six Novell servers running versions 3.11, 3.12 and 4.1 and four NT servers running versions 3.51 and 4.0. Setup and maintain Server and Workstation backups.
