Based at Dundee Head Office my key responsibilities are to deal with issues and requests both over the phone and through written correspondence, taking ownership and to ensure efficient and effective delivery of customer service. Bus/Coach OperationsAt present, Go Goodwins are the Coach Supplier for the English Cricket Board. A large part of operation include the transportation of our home team aswell as visiting international teams on high specification vehicles.Additional contracts include high profile Rugby Teams aswell as Football Teams and Ice Hockey Teams.In the Spring of 2015 we are launching a Brand New Coach Holiday Concept at Go Goodwins, offering an all inclusive holiday to passengers, combining luxury coaches and luxury hotels with a tailored aspect, we are also going to retain some of the defining attributes of Classic Coach Travel.

Day to Day duties involved route planning for journeys in UK & Europe, Developing ways to improve Tours, driving Adult and Child groups to various locations as well as keeping the compulsory paperwork required by law accurate and up to date.

Day to Day duties involved were daily safety checks on vehicles, responsible for safety of passengers, adhering to applicable regulations & guidelines. Completing necessary paperwork in line with company Requirements. Entertaining passengers as well as giving accurate commentary over microphone whist driving.
