I also contributed to the development of the Enterprise Resource Planning RFP by identifying inconsistencies, recommending necessary changes, and coordinating with web developers to secure document access. On a day-to-day basis, I provided first-level assistance to faculty, staff, students, and other university affiliates, adeptly resolving issues with desktop computers, software, networking, mobile devices, and other IT services.
