About Scott Beardslee
Working as Electrician / Lamp Operator since 1998, I finally joined I.A.S.T.E. Local 600 in 2007 as Cinematographer though the 9 years of working as an Electrician gave me the love and the building blocks of the craft of lighting and design. I have worked along side with many great artist, talented directors, working in the lighting department some of the names are James Cameron, Larry King, Jerry Lewis, Rachel Ray, Ron Howard, John Waters, Robert Maseles, LL Cool J, Mob Deep, Chris Rock, Martha Stewart, Lauren Hill, Usher, Alicia Keys, and many more. I feel my skill as lighting technician is the place were I developed my lighting craft and now it is the backbone to a lot of my work I do now as a cinematographer.
