Assessing cashback claims from current sales promotion, checking necessary documentation for validity of claim. Using and updating in-house database system to manage claims. Answering emails to queries from claimants in a professional manner. Rejecting and validating claims or requesting further documentation as necessary. Due to quality of work, was chosen for quality check project with 2 colleagues. Used Microsoft Excel, RoundCube email, Firefox and Chrome browsers.

Canvassed door-to-door asking home owners and tenants if they are interested in getting cavity wall and loft insulation, informing them of grants available, and offering a free survey of their property. Any leads were passed onto the owner of Warmhome Surveyors for follow-up. This was commissioned-based, self-employed work.

Also supervised the company of 3 drivers for a period of approximately 10 months while manager was away. This involved monitoring all drivers making sure all vans were in operational condition, collecting and verifying all monies from all drivers at the end of each day, canvassing for further customers, monitoring levels of leaflets and arranging further printing and collecting when needed, arranging repairs, servicing and MOTs for vans when needed.
