I have been in the downstream energy industry - with unparalleled expertise in wholesale and retail fuel markets, for more 39 years. I possess a thorough knowledge of the end to end process and methodologies involved in fuel products transportation, valuation, buying, sales, and supply contract management from the refinery to the gasoline station. My network of contacts is without peer in the industry, and includes key decision makers at integrated refiners, independent fuel distributors, c-store chains, manufacturing, trucking, card transaction processing companies, end users and government agencies. In the last role as VP of Client Relations and Education for Oil Price Information Service (OPIS), the most widely used "benchmark" for U.S. fuel transactions, I transformed the sales group by realigning the sales process, implementing in-house training programs for sales personnel, and working closely with product development to create new products as the rapidly changing fuel market needed them.
