Currently Project Managing the construction of a Wind Energy Training Centre in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The project will ensure the centre is capable of delivering all wind industry courses as well as providing bespoke client courses. Responsible for the coordination and completion of project on time, within budget and within scope. Overseeing all aspects of project. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring and summarizing progress of project. Preparing reports for upper management regarding status of project. Working directly with client to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

Day to day responsibility for overseeing all training related operations at the assigned location.•Motivate instructors and other staff, ensuring the training operation runs in accordance with General Management System, industry training standards and other relevant legislation.•Participate in employment of new instructors.•Instruct courses to the appropriate standards required.•Support the development of new course material and update existing course material as per the appropriate standard.•Reporting focal point for education, training and assessment of instructors/assistant instructors/contractors within their department.•Professional and personal development of the instructors within the department.•Ensure all activities are evaluated and conducted in accordance with the protection of Health & Safety and the Environment.•Develop function through planning, coordination and manage staff, including performance appraisal (PA). Performance appraisals must be counter signed by Operations Manager.•Work inline with the Maersk core values.
