I was responsible for• Training, leading and motivating six to ensure all company global, Medsafe and Regulatory requirements are met.• Implementing new warehousing SOP’s and maintenance of existing SOP’s within a highly regulated industry. • Developing and achieving operational KPI’s ensuring timely and accurate information to aid decision making.Key Achievements• Successful development and implementation of the “cold chain” program for GSK. This led to the company’s ability to distribute vaccines for up to five days, both domestically and internationally, without the use of refrigerated transport carriers. Validation protocol accepted and signed off for use outside New Zealand.• Led the move of a 1200 pallet facility from Penrose to Airport Oaks.• Developed and implemented new systems, resources, plans and SOP’s to meet the needs of the new environment.• Responsible for the relocation operation. • Move completed on time, with no impact on any orders or customers.
