Have created the unofficial position of writing coach, with focus on narrative writing.Directly supervise five reporters on YDR's staff; responsible for working with them on daily news coverage as well as long-range stories. Work with a team of metro editors to plan, organize and edit news coverage of York County, including contributing to breaking news coverage online and in print.Have led creation of or revision of ethics guidelines at Carroll County Times and YDR; and led creation of online ethics guidelines at YDR.Experience with social media, live chats and video production.
