I build and maintain the frontend for many web-based pages and applications serving both event organizers and participants (among many others) for endurance events such as 5ks and marathons. Over the years I lead the charge in vastly improving accessibility, developing a common design system and several re-usable plugins and components that now have widespread use across a vast code space spanning legacy to modern pages. I act as a mentor to many junior developers, and am often the first resource for domain knowledge across the organization

I built the markup, CSS, and Javascript for very design-heavy WordPress websites. In addition to ensuring great user experience, ensure browser compatibility between all screen sizes, devices, and browsers, I also took care in making websites accessible to people of all abilities in compliance with WCAG 2.0 AA and AODA as a continuing and ongoing endeavour.Junior: May 2014 - March 2015Intermediate: March 2015 - March 2017
