I managed HR matters during two mergers & acquisitions. This involved forming a new leadership team, as well as addressing inconsistencies in benefits and compensation. I also conducted an compensation analysis that led to my designing a compensation structure that eliminated the prior “one salary, one band” approach in favor of a local market-based strategy.
