Leads the development and management of MN350’s Finance policies and procedures. Led finance, banking, and business office for $25M 110 FTE, 18 dermatologists with 4 location dermatology practice while serving as privacy and security officer• Successfully transitioned accounting and financial reporting from external CPA firm to in house saving thousands of dollars per month • Led electronic health record rollout and meaningful use stage 1 and 2 implementations• Negotiated payer contracts and renewals including Accountable Care Organization contracts

Directed all finance for cardiovascular $300M division including 128 bed cardiovascular programs with 5 patient care units, multiple acquisitions, and joint ventures• Designed financial model and presentation with approval of $103M campus renewal• Led negotiation and restructure of supplier contracts resulting in $2M annual savings• Negotiated leases on $6M in major equipment and leasehold improvements project
