I am a young athlete supported by the Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) for field hockey. Loving my sport, I train up to 6 days a week which includes club and representative sessions. I am also studying a Bachelor of Education at the University of Southern Queensland where I will complete my degree in 2016. Throughout my degree, I have experienced several professional placements in various schools across Brisbane, and I have developed key skills and knowledge in the teaching field. I initially enjoyed the role of a teacher through coaching positions offered within my hockey club, and continue to enjoy small group training's with younger athletes.
