As businesses become leaner, faster, and more competitive, strong leadership is key. I’m an entrepreneurial senior executive with a passion for challenging complacency. The rare blend of professional experience I’ve acquired positions me to take an ambitious company to the next level. Since starting out in strategy consulting (Bain), I have delivered exceptional results for Fortune 500 corporations (The Coca-Cola Company), rapid-growth PE-backed CPG companies (KIK and CSM), and start-ups (Boze Capital).I do my best work as a member of the C-suite in a fast-paced environment, with ownership of a significant P&L and oversight of large, cross-functional teams. As a leader, I define a powerful vision that people can get behind while removing blockers and championing positive change. I’m collaborative and love to be at the forefront of an agile cohort of smart, curious people who are empowered to challenge each other. Most recently I was employed by KIK Consumer Products, a $2B-$3B, PE-owned CPG company with a presence in North America and Europe. Initially hired in a C-Suite level strategic capacity to steer KIK’s transformation agenda, I was then asked to step into a general executive leadership role, with reach across sales, supply chain, and order management functions. As part of my role, I served as de facto CEO of the multimillion-dollar Pool Liquids business with P&L accountability.Selected Career Achievements: ♦ Executed successfully against aggressive sales targets for KIK against backdrop of COVID-19 pandemic.♦ Directed 80+ person finance team in dynamic PE environment and drove end-to-end restructure of finance organization.♦ Key driving force behind $500M supply chain transformation for Coca-Cola NA (650 sites, 35K+ FTE).♦ Redefined S&OP processes of manufacturing business, bringing efficiency to production and demand planning.I’m able to segue between strategic and operational focus; throughout my career top-level leaders have always placed their trust in me to deliver the highest profile, most important initiatives. Looking forward, I’m excited to embark on the next chapter of my professional life, with appointment to a demanding executive-level role.Alongside my executive career, I’ve served my as a member of the board at Fulton Academy of Science & Technology.
