I provide leadership in developing enrollment models, scholarship and accessibility programs, resource sharing, and the building of bridges in the Holy Family Catholic High School community and beyond.

As the Executive Director for Admissions I am responsible for providing strategic direction in effective and efficient student recruitment efforts.•Implemented an innovative, data-driven, results-oriented plan for admissions activities successfully increasing new 9th grade application totals over previous four-year averages.•Led efforts in collaboration with Board of Directors and school leadership to implement successful merit-scholarship program and transportation strategy.•Collaborating with Advancement team to create meaningful admissions messages and events with measurable outcomes and successful results.•Participated in creation of the Academic Excellence portion of the new HFCHS Strategic Plan.•SEVP Principal Designated School Official.

As an outside advocate and consultant, I provided leadership in two effective task force efforts and was a featured speaker in a convention and two principal "EdTalk" speaking engagements.•Led task force efforts to streamline 79 schools' standardized test programs. The result paved the way for a nearly 100% adoption of a single test type, allowing for consistent data use for demonstrating school excellence.•Led task force in creating a proposal for effective school leadership development, soon to be under consideration by the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation.•Convention speaker on school improvement and development at inaugural CSCOE Catholic Education Summit.•Featured speaker for two all-school principal CSCOE "EdTalks" on the topics: -"Creating a Culture of Demonstrable School Excellence," and "Effective Communications Across Stakeholder Groups."

As the Aim Higher Foundation Executive Director, I led fund development efforts, capital campaign activity and successful grant disbursement programs providing need-based tuition scholarships for over 635 students to attend one of the 79 Catholic K-8 schools in the Archdiocese of Minneapolis and St. Paul.•Increased annual fund availability for scholarship disbursements through individual and foundation gifts.•Increased foundation visibility and recognition as a strong and viable community partner in collaboration with leaders of the Catholic Community Foundation, Catholic Schools Center of Excellence, GHR Foundation and the Archdiocese of Minneapolis and St. Paul. •Responsible for budget creation and management of allocations.•Supported effective "Night of Light" gala activity, with increased donor participation and school volunteer engagement.•Coordinated a 200-participant capital campaign feasibility study.

As principal I was responsible for the long-term strategic planning of the school, all fundraising activities, faculty professional development, and day-to-day operations for what grew to be the largest PreK-8 Catholic school in the Archdiocese, and eighth-largest private school of any kind in MN (at our peak, over 800 students).•Primary leader and supervisor for all school faculty and staff.•Increased major fundraising programs and events to over $300,000 annually•Led and contributed to committees on policy revisions and board development.•Directed and executed strategic planning efforts.•Planned, coordinated and successfully implemented SACS’ seven-year Accreditation renewal processes including representatives of all stakeholders in the SACS’ community in creating and implementing effective strategic plans.•Co-Led convention presentations on school marketing, advancement and development with Mike Halloran (Associate AD/Director of Athletics Development, University of MN)•Mentored two successful, currently seated, Catholic school principals and one AP.

Oversaw all educational and faith formation program activities for St. Matthew's School and Parish, growing both programs through collaborative, community-based approaches. Led fundraising activities to support, operations, ongoing maintenance and enrollment growth initiatives.

English Teacher•Taught English courses in literature, writing and critical thinking to students in grades 9-12. •Effectively instructed students of diverse academic abilities including AP English students. English Department Chairperson•Chaired our 12-member department with responsibility for organizing long-term and short-term planning and department progress.Head Speech Coach•Expanded and improved the program, growing the team from 10 to 70 in two years.
