- Developing, maintaining, and improving Genesys Cloud Architect, a large and complex Angular web application allowing for visual, drag-and-drop creation and editing of IVR flows by end users- Contributing to development of custom lexer/parser built in JavaScript with ANTLR, enabling a rich expression engine running in the frontend. Features of engine include functions, variables, operators, and error checking- Developing and maintaining backend JavaScript execution code of Architect expression engine that generates language-specific sentences and phrases for over a dozen spoken languages in areas such as datetimes, durations, numbers, and currencies- Implementing features such as a custom IntelliSense-like typeahead for Architect’s expression engine and an SVG engine that allows customers to generate printable flow diagrams- Contributing to a customer-facing NPM package giving access to features normally available in the web UI, as well as a Node-based CLI application built on that package- Writing unit tests and working with testing engineers to assure automated testability of application
