Developed commercial banking operation for a $250MM local credit union. Responsibilities include commercial loan development and underwriting, depository growth and business card services generation. Sourced and closed over $25MM in commercial loans in a 3 year period. Worked collaboratively with senior managment to establish deposit products and varoius policies to ensure sound lending and cash management practices.
