I have gained a wealth of practical knowledge during my 30+ years of hands-on experience in Healthcare ARM / RCM operational and compliance oversight. I consistently produce dramatic increases to revenue & profitability within my organizations, across my career. Technical innovation, operational process improvement & efficiency enhancements, combined with a facilitative style of employee mentoring, reliably produces increased outcomes for my agents. Mentoring has further produced an “overspread” effect into higher consumer/client satisfaction scores. This results in clients locking into longer term partnerships. Double-digit recovery % increases is the expected outcome of this operational methodology. I have served on the ACA International Council of Delegates, the ACA International Education & Credentialing Committee and am currently serving on the ACA International Healthcare Committee since 09-18.
