My journey in economics has taught me the value of persistence and knowledge in navigating complex issues. I encountered obstacles as I pursued my studies, particularly in my ISA and data classes. Learning these subjects online presented challenges, yet I persevered, mastering SQL, Python, and Excel through dedication and effort.As a pharmacy tech, I've been confronted with various learning opportunities for over a year, and from managing irate customers to multitasking efficiently under pressure, each day presented a chance to grow. One invaluable lesson came from my coworker, Jake, whose adept communication skills and emotional intelligence greatly influenced my development.Economics, at its core, grapples with the fundamental issue of scarcity. I learned the importance of meticulousness and systemization in managing resources effectively through accounting. I am driven by the belief that maximizing results from limited resources is possible and essential.I aspire to leverage my skills in continuous learning, grit, teamwork, and proficiency in Stata, Excel, SQL, economics, and accounting, coupled with my experience in the medical field, to contribute to implementing effective policies.
