As the platform grew, the focus on integrations expanded and involved revamping their legacy systems from SOAP to REST APIs and Microservices. I also owned the go-to-market plans for a Push Event System that serves millions of events per day to accompany the Public API processing millions of transactions per day.MINDBODY holds a yearly BOLD conference, and in the platform sessions, I presented to developer representatives. Throughout the year, I met with developers and business partners to guide their integration plans.

I was MINDBODY's Developer Platform Product Manager. My work included the Public API, Affiliate API, Push API, as well as internal APIs. I worked closely with development teams by providing testable requirements and a clear vision for our products. I also worked with the product team and business development team to align with its strategic objectives. I empowered my teams to evolve our Platform and API products. This role required the product manager to understand and drive forward the Consumer, Platform, and Core projects. I accomplished that by working closely with MINDBODY's top partners and stakeholders to drive towards prioritized goals. This role was unique in that I able to work across many disciplines and solve API needs from many angles. In an average week, I managed multiple API development teams, worked with mobile app consumers and enterprise customers, marketing and business development teams, and executive stakeholders. I also provided detailed, testable requirements due to my background in quality assurance.

Selected as QA Lead of MINDBODY's external-facing REST API that allows consuming applications the ability to find, book, and pay for fitness/wellness services at thousands of businesses. The first partner consumer was Google, and it is currently available to the public through their Reserve with Google workflow. Spent multiple months on the project leading testing efforts of a core testing team of 5 Functional and Automation QA to meet deadlines and quality expectations successfully. The project involved the creation of a new REST API that simplified the integration process with MINDBODY. Was tasked with providing test plans, estimates, and frequent updates to project stakeholders. Required collaboration across the entire MINDBODY product eco-system while training team members on API testing.I also worked on MINDBODY's SOAP Public API as QA Lead, where the team focused on building out extensive feature updates, versioning, and bug fixes. This was a quarter-long project that greatly enhanced our product offerings to clients and partners.

I worked with developers and business application users to develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases, including automation, performance, and test management tools. Developed, modified, and executed software test plans, automated scripts, and programs for testing. I analyzed and wrote test standards and procedures and maintained test results to debug and modify the software. Analyzed test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action. I consulted with development engineers in the resolution of problems.I worked as a QA Lead of MINDBODY's award-winning and largest Android application, the MINDBODY App. My team oversaw the application's growth from a 3.50 to 3.97 overall rating on the Google Play Store. I was in charge of 1-5 functional and automated testers depending on the size of projects. Was responsible for working with Product Managers, Project Managers, Designers, Copy Writers, Developers, and Marketing. Involved in leading new process changes for various teams and trained other team members on efficient, thorough Android testing practices. I have strong knowledge in the testing of internal and external REST APIs. I also worked as QA Lead for MINDBODY's large scale partnerships, including Fitbit, Under Armour, and Jiyo. Also, have experience testing Facebook login integrations. Frequently stood-in for the team's project manager to keep goals aligned and on track.
