CurrentConsultant assisting chemical companies submit notifications to EPA (e.g., PMNs, LVEs, Bona Fide Intent to Manufacture or Import (BFI), Chemical Data Reporting (CDR)). Expert in reviewing substance identity and process information to determine if existing listings or exemptions apply (e.g., polymer exemption, statutory mixture). Knowledgeable and experienced in:• Assisting clients respond to TSCA inspections and directing third-party audits to evaluate compliance.• Submitting new substance notifications (NSN) to Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC). • Substance identification and chemical analysis for notifications in the European Union under the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regulation.• Notifications for food contact substances, including Food Contact Notifications (FCN) to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Letters of No Objection (LONO) to Health Canada, and submissions to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
