Gas Transportation Analyst is responsible for all daily activities related to the gas transportation deliveries by third parties to CenterPoint Energy delivery system.Main Accountabilities: Daily confirmation and analysis of nominated gas deliveries by Gas Suppliers to CenterPoint Energy’s city-gates on a 365-day basis through multiple pipelines (Texas Gas, REX, Columbia, Panhandle, MGT, TETCO, ANR) and CenterPoint Energy Supplier Bulletin Boards (EBB). Daily validation, analysis, and monitoring of Gas Supplier's storage activity on CenterPoint Energy Ohio systems. Daily communication with Gas Suppliers regarding gas transportation deliveries as needed. Responsible for identifying and analyzing inadequate gas supply deliveries by Gas Suppliers and notifying interdepartmental management. Responsible for validating the order to which interstate pipeline gas deliveries are to flow through CenterPoint Energy’s city-gate delivery points. Reporting of daily gas transportation deliveries and customer usage as needed. Monthly posting and communications of gas transportation rate, variables, and alternate delivery plans. Provide support for researching EDI Transactions and other Choice related processes. Responsible for monthly release of CenterPoint Energy Delivery of Ohio's pipeline capacity and reporting. Assist supervisor as needed.

As a Revenue Protection specialist, I investigate accounts for different forms of fraud ranging from identity theft to debt avoidance. Assist in researching illegal conversion accounts and billing when applicable. Research and prepare accounts for Outside Counsel to pursue customers who have committed illegal conversion and Vectren is seeking treble damages. Since February, 2013; managed the move in queue process where customers are disconnected for non-payment and within two day a new customer attempts to start service. This process is in place to avoid disconnected customer still living at property avoiding their debt. When possible, assist customer’s to restore their service by providing them information of agencies that can assist with balances.
