Stately is primarily a residential property inspection company that also conducts inspections for commercial and multiple family dwellings for real estate transactions. Stately also provides specialized services such as, thermal imaging, floor plan creations, pool and spa inspections and new building phase inspections. Starting as a single inspector company, Stately now has five individuals working under the brand. I have personally become involved in our industry as a Inspector Ride Along Instruction Provider, Inspector Instructor Lic. # 120, Real Estate Continuing Education Instructor Lic. # 5189 and the company is acknowledged as an approved Continuing Educational Service Provider # 10300.

Responsible for the direct oversight, administration, management, and delivery of services of the Miami Valley FIRE-EMS Alliance, Ohio Task Force One, Dayton Regional Hazardous Materials Team, Ohio Region 3 Strike Team. Also instrumental for fund raising strategies and initiatives for the Miami Valley FIRE-EMS Alliance Corporation 501 (c) 3, and the Miami Valley Firefighters Memorial Association. Responsible for creating and monitoring budgets for all organizations which include grants (local, State and Federal), private and public donations and membership fees. Over 250 employees consisting of 7 full time, 16 part time and 227 volunteers.

Responsible for 50 personnel consisting of volunteer paid on call and part time employees. Plan organize and direct activities related to emergency management, incident management, fire suppression, emergency medical services, fire prevention/education, inspection, code enforcement, training and hazardous materials mitigation. Responsible to the Village Council, Township Trustees and the Fire Oversight Committee through the Village Manager for budgetary and overall performance of the Department. Prepare and submit annual operating and capital improvement budgets. Assisted in the planning of the Municipal Strategic Plan and updated the Departments Emergency Response Plan. Attend regular Council meetings, work secessions, Fire Oversight Committee meetings, Township Trustee meetings presenting information on the department such as monthly reports, updates and special project progress reports. Presentations also delivered to schools, churches, businesses and other civic groups regarding the mission, vision and performance of the Fire Department.

A 50 plus volunteer paid on call fire and EMS department. Reporting to the Fire Chief I was responsible for ensuring compliance with local, State and Federal governing standards, rules and regulations and District wide Emergency Preparedness. Directly responsible for District wide code inspections, reviews, and enforcement, investigations, public education and training. Developed and implemented strategic long / short term goals / objectives and customer service programs.
