I am a Respected Leader with over 30 years of leadership experience. I have great passion in what I do. As a Commanding Officer, I’ve lead over 1100 personnel in high pressure, high stress environments. As a fixed-base operator (FBO) General Manager I've improved customer service and led our team to consistently be one of the top 20 FBOs in the Americas as named by Aviation International News (AIN) and FLTPlan.com. I served as an Operations Officer, developing training for organizations of up to 10,000 personnel and Executive Officer for a unit of over 2,400 personnel, managing budgets and logistics up to $20m per year. I hosted over 30 VIPs a month ranging from Secretary of Defense to U.S. and Foreign General Officers while managing a protocol office. I am also a pilot and maintenance manager qualified to fly multiple air frames. As a retired Lieutenant Colonel, I am again doing what I love; leading in a challenging environment.
