Currently serving as lead officer for the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence(USAACE G3) Strategic Planning Cell, providing independentstrategic research and analysis on operational and employment concepts for the Aviation Branch. Produces operational plans and orders; leads meetings and briefings associated strategic operations and plans; conducts research and analysisand develop concepts using a full range of Aviation doctrine, operations,training,modernization,logistics,personnel, and facilitiesto include UAS Operations.

Operations Officer for a split-based aviation brigade supporting an Army at war by providing Initial Military Training (IMT), Professional Military Education (PME), Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape (SERE) Level C, and training for U.S. and Allied officers and Soldiers. Responsible for the training and readiness of over 1,200 military and civilian personnel, 3,300 military students and Family members assigned to three battalions. Conduct development and implementation of 39 programs of instruction. Conduct mission analysis, develop plans, and manage execution of assigned tasks, directed initiatives and support to installation operations. Conduct liaison with higher, adjacent and subordinate headquarters. Lead and synchronize a nine person staff section. Operate the brigade emergency operations center. Supports the Army Aviation Center of Excellence daily activities and initiatives.

1-145Th Aviation Regiment

Executive Officer for the largest battalion in the U.S. Army, comprised of five Companies/Detachments, supporting over 2,500 Soldiers and civilians and their families. Responsible for administrative and resource support to the Army's SERE-C school, Aviation Officer Basic Course and Warrant Officer Basic Course, Aviation Captains' Career, TACOPS, ATASMTC, Helicopter Overwater Survival Training, and Aviation Maintenance Operations courses. Supervises the Battalion Staff and coordinates resourcing and actions with the Brigade Staff and Installation Directorates. Manages the Command Operating Budget, print budget, NAF budget, and the unit's informal fund worth over $20 million annually. Serves as the primary GPC Billing Official for all battalion GPC cardholders. Responsible for organizational inspections (OIP) and validating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Battalion.

1-13Th Aviation

Serves as the Operations Officer for an Aviation Battalion consisting of five companies and over 1200 military and civilian personnel. Responsible for providing training guidance and recourses to Advanced Individual Training for Aviation enlisted Soldiers, the US Army Aviation Life Support Equipment Course, management and support of graduate flight training for US and International Officers and Soldiers, and support for 17 directorates, the headquarters’ staff, and the garrison’s force protection/law enforcement mission at the US Army Aviation Center of Excellence.

Iraq

Commander of a 12 man Brigade Border Transition Team under the tactical control of UND North in Iraq. Charged with maintaining the combat readiness, safety, morale and care of 12 officers and senior NCOs and 5 local national interpreters. Responsible for partnering with DBE Brigade headquarters to improve capability of unit operations across the full spectrum of operations. Charged with gaining situational awareness and understanding of security force operations within the Kurdish Regional Government. Responsible for the synchronization and application of all systems and battlefield functions of the BTT in support of Coalition and Iraqi security missions in the area of operations.

1-145Th Aviation Regiment

Company Commander of one of the largest company formations in the Army responsible for the mission of executing the Aviation Basic Officer Leader Course and Warrant Officer Basic Course. Responsible to provide tactical, relevant and challenging instruction for student officers and provide Aviation units with competent and confident leaders and warfighters. Responsible for the health and welfare of approximately 800 students assigned for training and the throughput of over 1200 students a year.

Fort Polk, La

Fort Bragg, Nc/ Fallujah, Iraq

Responsible for the combat readiness of 24 Bell Kiowa Warrior Helicopters, 16 Vehicles and ground support equipment valued at over $120 million and an annual budget of over $4.5 million. Supervise production control and quality control for the Battalion over a 20 month period.
