ImmerseMe is a virtual reality-based language learning tool for travellers, business people and students.Learners are immersed in a real-life scenario, such as ordering coffee in Paris or buying beer in Berlin. You have to actually speak the language accurately in order to complete a scenario, but don't worry - you get lots of help!

I managed all the day-to-day contact with customers, including full phone support, email and automated systems. We operated a small but highly skilled team who are constantly working to improve all aspects of the business. We operated in a dynamic environment, adapting to challenges each and every day with enthusiasm, creativity and an extremely high degree of professionalism.

OCOM is a student elected society whose primary role is to facilitate and promote commerce related activities on campus.
