Personal Bio:After I graduated from Central Michigan University with a double major in Human Resources and Hospitality Services Management, I started in Talent Acquisition with, at the time, Quicken Loans which is now Rocket Companies. I had to adapt constantly to partner with numerous companies and business units across our Family of Companies to hire & retain a vast variety of roles at all different experience levels. As my career in recruiting within the Rocket Companies progressed my niche was working with organizations outside of Rocket Companies but still within the Rock Family of Companies and one of those organizations was Bedrock. I loved Bedrock’s goals & mission and was prideful that I could 100% stand behind them, which was something I have always required in my career as a recruiter. I supported Bedrock while at Rocket Companies as an Account Manager with Bedrock and as their main recruiter starting in the summer of 2021 and was ecstatic to join them directly as the Recruiting Manager in January 2023. In my position I am constantly looking to innovate and adapt our recruiting strategies as the Real Estate market evolves to make sure we can identify top talent from own recruiting efforts or working with external recruiting agencies & vendor's.
