Scott previously pioneered the first US multi-state and international IP licensing deals in the industry as the architect of the global expansion program for the first non-Federal cannabis testing company in the United States. As an executive at ad agencies Ogilvy & Mather, BBDO, and J. Walter Thompson, Scott drove advertising and marketing strategy for major global brands such as Gillette, Nestlé, Kimberly-Clark, and Morgan Stanley. He led development of North American and European strategic marketing platforms for the Gillette Mach3, and managed the production of multi-lingual advertising and launch for the Gillette SensorExcel in the US, Canada and 17 European markets. Previously he founded a construction technology firm that negotiated an exclusive worldwide strategic alliance with Maersk, a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the U.S. Air Force, and he traveled to Baghdad with the U.S. Undersecretary of Defense to present accelerated reconstruction alternatives to the Iraqi government. For Ubisoft, one of the top 3 videogame publishers globally, Scott Cathcart architected the restructuring of their internal advertising agency and overhauled the videogame launch processes for Ubi's top "AAA" titles across 14 different marketing divisions in North, Central and South America.
