Collectively, we executed segmentation, build, and delivery of all direct marketing campaigns and promotion fulfillments including email, direct mail, and cash fulfillments into customer accounts. I led the team to adopt GitHub, Python, and automated Unix scripts as a way to reduce risk of human error and achieve scale. Integration included requirements gathering with Capital One’s internal privacy, audit, and legal teams. Implemented process and reporting changes to meet business requirements. Oversaw process stabilization and offshoring of email builds, recurring reporting, and low-risk customer segmentation. Introduced team performance measurements “customer hassle” index and process exception reporting.► Standardized customer segment definitions for campaign deployments. Results were reduced execution error rate and increased speed-to-market (enabled same-day execution).► Partnered with internal Privacy office to invent a method to migrate Investing line of business to corporate Privacy standards.
